What “live” means
A state is live when it satisfies all three conditions:
- Constellation API rate plans are loaded and current in our database.
- Utility territory mapping is complete - every ZIP code resolves to the correct distribution utility.
- State compliance requirements are met (rescission window, ToS disclosure, enrollment verification).
Currently Ohio and Texas meet all three. Both have 10+ plans across multiple utilities and have passed internal compliance review.
